Barira Khan

Barira Khan is a Pakistani visual artist and National College of Arts graduate whose multidisciplinary practice is shaped by her life as a solo motorcyclist. Working across shifting landscapes, she utilizes video art and miniature painting to explore the intersection of memory and dream, questioning perceptions of reality, time, and space. Her work consistently blurs the boundaries between movement and stillness, observation and introspection. For Barira, constant travel is a process of discovery—an evolving visual language where the unfolding world allows her to exist as both subject and collaborator.
